On Saturday, May 17, 2025, the third edition of the Larense Batten Rally took place — an event where car enthusiasts come together to raise awareness for Batten disease. VDM Cars was proud to take part in this special day, using our passion for exclusive cars to support a meaningful cause.

The rally kicked off at the Brinkhuis in Laren, where an impressive collection of unique vehicles gathered from 8:30 AM onwards. From classic vintage models to modern supercars, the diversity of cars made the event truly spectacular.

As VDM Cars, known for our luxury and high-end vehicles, we felt an immediate connection to the rally’s mission. Our participation was not only an opportunity to showcase some of our finest cars but, more importantly, a chance to help raise awareness of Batten disease and support ongoing research for a cure.

The route led participants through the beautiful landscapes of the Gooi region, ending at the Krachtcentrale in Huizen. The day concluded with a reception, auction, awards ceremony, and dinner — a fitting end to a day full of connection, emotion, and hope.

We’re grateful to have been part of this inspiring event and look forward to participating again in the future. Together, we continue to drive toward a future without childhood dementia.
